Always on hand any time of the day even at the weekends . Friendly and professional went through everything we were not sure about and I would recommend to family and friends .

I would not recommend based on my experience. We got our mortgage offer accepted in June 2021 to buy the property we were renting, all very straight-forward. It took until September to complete and it was unnecessarily stressful working with our solicitor, Noreen. We were first time buyers but we weren't informed of the process at all and our solicitor would often send one worded replies to our enquiries, she would also rarely be available for phone contact. The online case system did not work for me so they had to email everything manually. Forms and documents were often misspelled and had terrible grammar, my name was incorrectly spelled and also the address, purchase price and seller name was incorrect on a few of the documents. I brought this up to my solicitor numerous times and at one point she told me to edit the documents myself!. The process was very, very slow. Our solicitor would let things wait for weeks without chasing the other parties solicitor, upon enquiring what the holdup was she told us she was waiting for a reply to an email she sent a week ago to the sellers solicitor, we had to phone up and tell her to phone them and push forward as we were nearing the expiration date of our mortgage offer. Thankfully everything completed but it was a very stressful 3 months that I think could have been avoided if our solicitor communicated better. I am still waiting for land registry title to be updated and was told it was due to complete on the 2nd of Feb and that I would be forwarded a copy. It's been two weeks and my law matters have not replied to me since. I can only assume the title has issues that need further work and I now have to wait again for them to communicate with me...

The front office team were a little tricky to deal with at the start, however once we got direct ocntract with our solicitor (Erim) the experience completley changed. Our Soliciotr was easy to deal with and driven to push our home move over the line in our timeline. I would certianly use her again.
