The best conveyancing I have ever experienced

In the past year I have been a client of several different conveyancing firms as both seller and buyer and without a doubt I can say that my experience with My Law Matters has been the best by far! Sam Mills was my contact and he has been a superstar, very happy that he was always contactable and would respond to emails and calls (as with other firms I would leave messages and no one would come back to me.) Sam kept me updated throughout the process and explained everything clearly and concisely so I could make informed decisions. The chain I was in was complicated and difficult which was very stressful but Sam helped us navigate the ups and downs and without his swift responses we would not have made it through to completion and we now have our dream family home! Buying a house has to be one of the most stressful things you can do so picking the right firm who will act for you is very important as otherwise you will be chasing and chasing with no action. I have no hesitation in recommending Sam to my friends and family and also look forward to working with Sam and My Law Matters in future for my next sale process.

Alice Barrett has been assisting us…

Alice Barrett has been assisting us with our house move and has been both professional and personable the whole way through. A source of truth and comfort for us during this process!! Getting the house sale over the line and in time before the mortgage in principal was due to close, hasn’t been easy. There were a few bumps in the road further up the chain, but Alice worked so hard on our behalf and ensured we were able to close and exchange on time. Reliable service and able to deal directly with account handle

Communication

Once we got over a what only I could only describe as a bumpy start, as I thought the lack of communication was the main thing that put doubt in my mind, if I had chosen the correct legal team to handle my business. But as we moved forward communication got better and the main thing was I realised they only had my best interest at hand. Towards the closing of my business, this company ended with everything being taken care of. Thanks for this and going the extra mile on the run up to the final day of completion. Communication is key in any business at any level takes priority. Thanks to my appointed solicitor and the team everything ended well. Mark and Hannah

The worst service I have ever experienced.

I would give My Law Matters 0 stars if I could. Absolutely appalling 'service' - the worst I have ever experienced. There they made error after error, were extremely slow and disorganized, and repeatedly ignored me when I tried to reach out for updates. Avoid My Law Matters at all costs. Edited to add: I did go through My Law Matter's Internal complaints procedure, but after over eight weeks have heard nothing back. They ignore your complaints. I will now be escalating matters.

Terrible service and a company full of liars

Terrible service and liars within this firm. When trying to do anything they are sarcastic, rude and very unhelpful, they have lied throughout the process and laugh down the phone at the clients. Don’t even bother raising a complaint either as they don’t respond as I submitted a complaint on the 10th of May through their internal complaints team and have heard nothing!! Shocking company with horrendous customer service
