I have always loved Hunza G bikinis and costumes and haven’t ever bought from anywhere else. My bikini top randomly frayed and I thought I would email Hunza G customer services to seek their advice. Very rare for this to happen as I always follow the after care. I notified that they were closed on weekends and wasn’t expecting a reply until the next week. The lovely Labeekah got in touch straight away and asked for pictures so that she could get to the bottom of it. They kindly offered to replace the top since it was such a strange thing to happen and I couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you to all at Hunza G who continue to take care of all of their customers.

I placed an order for my sisters Christmas present. Courier delivered and sent photo but it wasn’t delivered to my address, there are only 8 houses in my postcode so I contacted all my neighbours to see if they had my parcel but also the photo didn’t look like their addresses. Hunza G were so helpful and went out their way to ensure I had a replacement present that was delivered on Christmas Eve, whilst they opened up the dispute with the courier. Communication was timely, caring and genuine - as well as stocking beautiful pieces which I can’t stop buying 🥰

Fantastic customer service! I had a problem with one of my Hunza G bikinis and they have been extremely responsive and are sending me a replacement with no issue. It’s companies like this that give me confidence to keep purchasing from.

Terrible quality items for swimming, should be labeled as suitable for sunbaking only, cannot be used at all in chlorinated pools. I’ve owned my black one piece for just over 12 months and had initially mainly swum in the ocean and rinsed and dried carefully after each swim, all held up well. However after just a few swims in a swimming pool I noticed areas where the stitching had dissolved and the fabric was transparent, leaving the suit unwearable. I followed all care instructions to the letter each time, rinsing immediately and thoroughly after swimming, but still saw this damage. I’d be disappointed with this for a suit that was a fraction of the cost, but at this price point and representation of quality is extremely poor.

Really poor service. I ordered on the 10th of December (now post Christmas) with the aim of it being here for Christmas, nothing arrived. I have emailed the customer service to only receive a automated email back...

Overpriced, poor quality swimsuits with colour that fades within 1 wash. I own the turquoise/mint bikini. It was a gorgeous colour when I first got it, but after one wear in the sun / swim and then handwashing, the colour has faded. I then wore just the bikini top with some other bottoms, and that is now a completely different shade to the bottoms. The quality is so poor. I have swimsuits from Primark whose neon has not faded, so it baffles me that a seriously expensive swimsuit cannot do the same. I wanted to love them, but the quality is shocking. I am a size 10-12 and the bottoms look small on me as they ride down, so I am unsure how these are truly one size. The bikini top is also very unsupportive and rolls very easily. A push and glide and my bikini top slips off completely. Until the company sorts out the colour fading, I don't think they will get many repeat customers. Afraid I cannot recommend.
