Update: Thanks for the help from Ruby - got a replacement bikini :) Very nice customer care and helpful! I don't like leaving 1 star reviews but I feel really disappointed by the quality of my Xandra bikini. I really liked the look of the bikini and I felt super pretty wearing it. I felt like I did an investment of a high quality bikini when paying €200 for it and expected it to last long. I did follow all the care advice very carefully but after one summer it lost its elasticity on the top and left a big patch on the chest. It is now unwearable. I find the quality of the fabric really bad because you should be able to wear it for more than a summer :/

I didn’t like the swimsuit due to the straps falling down therefore I returned the item. However I can’t fault Hunzag returns policy, prompt and effective.

Everything was perfect! From the packaging and timely delivery, to the quality and construction of the Juno bikini, to the colour (metallic chocolate) - a beautiful, warm, deep brown, and to the friendly customer service I received from Ruby when I reached out with a couple questions. Truly outstanding. This is my first experience with Hunza G and I can't recommend this ionic brand enough!

I recently bought a swimsuit and received a string bag as a complimentary gift. My daughter was a little bit jealous as she didn’t get one. I looked on the website so I could buy one for her. I couldn’t find one so got in touch with Hunza offering to buy one. They have instead offered my one free of charge. I’m so impressed with their service and generosity, I’m also very impressed with my beautiful swimsuit.
