Had an issue with bikini purchased for my wife, within 5 days the customer service had sent out a replacement bikini. Great customer service and very efficient with the replies.

I had an issue with a suit that I’d purchased through a boutique and not Hunza directly. With proper proof of purchase and photos showing the issue their customer service was excellent. I am hopeful my replacement suit will not have the same issue. I will purchase from this company again because of their customer service.

I bought 3 swim suits. After only a couple of wears, the material came apart on all 3 costumes. I am a size 12 so this was not overstretched I wish I had kept my receipt as I am very disappointed. Bought dupes and they are all fantastic and very similar

I wrote to Hunza G last week as a pink hunza g bikini bled onto a white full piece and left awful splotches all over it. I was able to share the receipt of the one piece and they were so kind to send me a replacement! Really nice customer service as long as you have proof of purchase of your item!
