I purchased a swimming costume from Harvey Nichols last August. It had stretched in 2 places. I contacted Hunza G and they said speak to HN. I did this and they said they have a 6 month returns policy (Hunza G have a 12 month one) and therefore can’t help me!! What on earth am I supposed to do now?

I wholeheartedly echo the thoughts from others in regards to customer service. After initially receiving poor customer service from the boutique website I purchased one of my Hunza’s from, I came direct and my expectations have been exceeded from both Ruby and Lily in particular. Would most certainly recommend purchasing directly and I continue to have full faith in the luxury brand.

Although I sent my costume back when I tried it on it was super comfy but I felt I needed a different style maybe the v cut as I didn’t like the square cut on me. I returned and after a little back and forth due to a white mark which was talc as I’d tried on after a shower I was refunded. The customer service team were super helpful and responded quickly.

Customer service was excellent when there was an issue with my order & immediately sent a replacement- highly recommend, thank you Lily!
