Poor

Had the bikini for a couple of years but only wore probably 6-8 times and the crinkles in the material in the top and bikini bottoms have come apart and left weird patterns! I can’t wear it again and this is so disappointing for the money!! I followed all the care advice so would definitely not recommend!!

Bikini Falling apart after 5 uses

My Husband bought me a Bikini in December 2022 and it's already starting to fall apart after only wearing it c5 times. I was always careful to wash out any chlorine after being in a pool - I was well aware of the washing advice that comes with the bikini. I have reported the issues and just been told that as 12 months warranty has expired there is nothing they can do at all. It's just really not the standard of customer service that I would have expected given the cost of the product It also shows that as an ethical company producing quality products (the antithesis of fast fashion) they actually have little confidence in the longevity of their product as 18 months later, they won't offer a replacement.. clearly not a one of situation for us and is rather an issue affecting alot of garments

Beautiful swimsuits and great customer…

Beautiful swimsuits and great customer service. My swimsuit lost elasticity in one small patch, i contacted customer service and they have sent me a new one as a replacement. Thank you!

Excellent customer service

I ordered a crinkle bikini set back in March and wore the item once on holiday. I went to wear it again recently to find that the bottoms had lost all elasticity and had become extremely loose and saggy. I reached out to the care team and explained the situation. Labeekah handled my service request in a timely manner and apologised for the issue as this is not the norm for this product. The service I received was excellent and have just received a whole new bikini set. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and for managing the issue so professionally.

10/10 DO NOT Recommend

After four wears, the crinkle has disappeared on the straps leaving some random weird patches. I followed all the care instructions. Hunza nor Sunni Spencer is taking any responsibility. Hunza claims it a rare occurrence (reviews say otherwise), and since it wasn’t purchased directly from them, I need to reach out to the seller. Sunni Spencer says all sales are final and since it’s been worn, there’s nothing they can do. This is unacceptable for the price point of a swimsuit worn a handful of times. This level of quality degradation, especially at such a high price point, is unacceptable. Buyers should beware and consider this before purchasing Hunza G suits from a third-party seller. Sorry customer service by both companies. I do not recommend this product.

Don’t buy from this company

Don’t buy from this company , my swimsuit was faulty and they won’t replace it as it’s been more than 12 months ( even though I’ve only worn it on holiday ) . Avoid

Don’t Buy Direct!!!

I really like the swimwear and would definitely buy the products again, however NEVER direct from Hunza!! PLEASE use a reputable company such as Net a Porter or Selfridges etc to buy these products. The customer service is horrendous, I am chasing returns which were received by them over 14 days ago, they state returns will be processed within 5-7 days of them receiving the item - Not true! You won’t receive a refund unless you chase it, god knows how many people have forgotten and never got their money back?? This is the second time I have returned an item and yet again I’m chasing, I thought the first was just unlucky but it seems this is their standard service. Absolutely appalling and time consuming.

Fabulous customer care and luxe material

I have a few Hunza G swimsuits and all of them have been stellar! Easy to (machine!) wash and wear. My mum and sister love them too, feel great giving them something luxe and special. Fantastic customer care team as well🤍

I really do love the Hunza Brand

I really do love the Hunza Brand, the colours the styles and the customer service. But I'm so upset that every bikini I've had (4 in total) has had issues. The lime green turned to a washed out blue after one wear, the black one frayed from day one and barely stretched to fit my bottom (I'm a size 8) My other green one lost its entire shape and stretch after 3 uses and my brown one has all the elastic showing. My Sweatshirt however is wonderful. If anyone has any advice on replacing or refunding I'd love to hear, because I really would love to try them again as I've had friends that haven't had issues so maybe I've been unlucky.

Bought the emerald green suit

Bought the emerald green suit. All the stitching came apart in different places so the crinkles were gone. Also faded. Would not recommend.
