I SHOULD OF READ REVIEW'S

I wish I had read the review's before i went there. They offered, me a grate deal so I moved to them. For 6 months every thing was fine, then October 2021 they took 3 large payments out of my account. I have made a record off every call to them, 28 in total. each time told some one will call me back as a matter of urgency, had 3 online chats with them same out come, sent them email's. no one has had the decency to call me back, so frustrated. the number they gave on the letter sorry i am leaving is unable to connect. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. i JUST CANT BELIEVE THEY WILL NOT TALK TO COSTOMER'S. I believe they get you on board with low prices, them in comes the scam.

CRIMINANALS

CRIMINANALS Never had details of opening balance Made over 30 calls Sent over 15 emails 2 x Subject Access requests THEY DO NOT SEND OUT OFFICIAL BILLS, JUST "INVOICES" Tried "invoicing" us twice monthly so called daily for a week. NEVER had a reply. So in a desperate bid to get a reply wr cancelled the DD 4 months ago... not a peep from them!!! Cant leave, cant stay... what do we do??? These guys are the cowboys of the energy world.. its criminal.. Now I am scared Im gonna be i trouble but I cant just keep paying random invoices with never once having an actual bill....

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Switchcraft moved me to these jokers. Transfer was messed up so only gas moved but DD amount stayed unchanged as based on gas & electricity usage. I do not receive the normal bills you would expect to show usage. Have contacted customer services only to be told they cannot access my account information from their system (what?!!). Cancelled my DD months ago in the hope they would actually answer my query. Still no response. Shockingly poor. Unbelievable

I've also had to resort to Ofgem. I'm being billed for two different amounts a month, no justification re usage on actual account. NO response from numerous emails and phone calls. Fortunately stopped my direct debit when I first noticed errors. Another member that I know has started to receive invoices not related to him and also stopped direct debits in time. Is it just a coincidence that we are receiving extra invoices? Or could they be relying on others not noticing and allowing spurious invoices to be paid on their direct debits? Or maybe building their balance sheet debtors? If someone would talk to me I might be able to resolve the problems. Little hope, it's been 3-4 months now.

I FORMALLY COMPLAINED TO OMBUDSMAN AND AM AWAITING RESOLUTION. I CEASED PAYING THEM A WHILE AGO IN THE HOPE THAT SOMEONE MIGHT CALL ME. HOW WRONG I WAS!

Awful is not strong enough

Awful is not strong enough. I cannot leave no stars or I would have. They take unauthorised extra direct debits from my bank without justification. Will not refund these (thank goodness for Direct Debit Guarantees). Will not communicate with me. Do not return calls or emails. Will not give me a usage statement. They have also failed to respond to a Subject Access Request.

This company keeps sending requests for…

This company keeps sending requests for additional payments with no itemisation of energy usage. Are these for real? The company does not answer any calls emails or complaints letters - their complaints address returns mail addressee unknown . I have successfully referred the matter to the energy ombudsman who also had difficulty getting any response from Neo energy . Is this a bona fife company ? What can be done?

Absolutely worst energy company I have…

Absolutely worst energy company I have ever dealt with, I have been receiving random invoices each month with absolutely no detail as well as taking my direct debits as well, I have left 14 emails and no response and left 4 messages at the desk ( they are an answering service when it’s not engaged), but still no call back, they are really really bad please avoid….

Just a terrible company to deal with

Just a terrible company to deal with. I left in June and I’m still receiving monthly demands. When I try to email them I get nothing back. I’m convinced this is some sort of joke. Please do NOT use this supplier in any shape or form.
