Absolute shocking company

Does anyone have a number for neo...i have emailed phoned them never get a reply 9r a return call..gave moved to another supplier and neo are not releasing my details ..does any one have an ombudsman phone number for this

The worst ever.

Despite promising monthly bills this company never issues them. And it is impossible to contact them. Phone calls are picked up by a third party call centre who can only pass on messages. No one from the company ever answers the messages. Chat is the same. Emails are never responded to either. I’ve had to take my case to the ombudsman.

do not get back to you ,can not get a…

do not get back to you ,can not get a monthly usage or cost off them even though readings sent monthy plus left them in sept 2021 still send bills for monthly direct debits which i stopped direct debit when left will not sen final bill or any thing to show charges ect for when i was with them do not use them no service or anything am going to omnibus this week to try to sort things,they took 4 payments and i was only with them 3 months

this company is utter rubbish

this company is, in my opinion, the worst one ever, all was fine at the start, then, when price increases were announced, rang them every day, for a week, to try and sort out the best tarif for me, " sorry i can't deal with this, will pass it on to our accounts dept., and get them to ring you back" ha, what a joke, changed companies at the start of Oct., still getting invoices from Neo, kept ringing, sent emails, no response back, apart from, "you have cancelled you direct debit to us", is this a mistake?. still no one have had the decentcy to ring me back. now got them blocked, and not recieved a refund from them...bloody cowboys.

Worst customer service ive ever dealt…

Worst customer service ive ever dealt with..I have been trying to contact neo for 3 month each time someone answers but they r not equipped to deal with any query except taking your meter reading when u cancel which i had to do..Was with them 6 month and never recived a single bill till u cancel then the keep saying i owe money but i am in credit...I still cannot get an answer from snyone how to get my money back

Multiple invoices from Neo

Joined Neo without any problems initially and then was changed to the new 4.1 tariff. Last month they increased my direct debit which was fine as there has been an increase everywhere for fuel. However, Neo decided to invoice me three different amounts and instead of paying the agreed £155 they took in total £450+ from my account. I have emailed many times and this is always ignored and no return contact made. I have rang several times (usually their phone line is having 'technical problems' and have to phone back another day. When you can get through to speak to someone they are unable to look at the account or make any comments regarding the invoicing and multiple billing. They then advise they will raise this as 'urgent call back' for the billing department and of course nobody calls back. This month I have so far been invoiced once but am expecting more invoices to be issued. I have cancelled a direct debit with Neo and if no response to my complaint will be going to the Ombudsman. I have been with bad energy companies in the past but not one that takes your money multiple times without any communication. Stay away!

The worst energy company

The worst energy company I have ever joined. I do not understand how anyone can give them good reviews. I joined in April. I have just left them as they have never once sent me an itemised bill despite emailing them probably 30 times, phoning and writing to them. With their new rates they somehow came up with a calculation of £155 per month and sent me their 'estimated' bill, the first one I paid but now I have refused because it is well over my actual usage and I should receive a final bill, not an estimated one. I have calculated the units plus standing charge myself and I owe them about £100. Be careful as I notice that with other people they have put the decimal point in the wrong place intheir calcualtions and have charged £10,000 when it should have been £1000. I would give no stars for this company but that is not possible. Stay away!

Shocking customer service. I paid 4 times in 60 days. And now they want 150auid off me when im in credit. Not with them anymore and there stil invoicing for energy i dont need or use as gone elsewhere

The absolute worst

I posted 4 weeks ago about Neo taking 2 payments instead of 1. This left me without food and money for 3 weeks, and damaged my credit score when I had to borrow money to feed myself. I had all sorts of promises of refunds by certain dates, basically spent hours on the phone and writing emails chasing this up. It was humiliating and awful. They never reply to emails, meaning you never have any evidence of what they say to you to get you off the phone. I sent meter readings regularly. They've never given me any sort of itemised breakdown of my use, despite my numerous requests over the course of 3 months. All they send are invoices for random amounts with no breakdown of costs or use. I cancelled my direct debit and haven't paid any of the 3 differing invoices I've received this month. I've emailed them explaining I'm not paying due to their unreliability, they haven't called me to discuss this. All I can say is: if you're a customer, just stop paying. I'm waiting for the time to tick out so I can go to Ofgem, what an massive waste of my time this has been.
