Most of the items that they sale are incomplete.

Everything in excellent condition.

I purchased a espresso maker. I recieved the wrong box/lot #. I went back in and swapped for the correct one. I opened that one and but it had the wrong espresso maker much less expensive. I live very far from location and was extremely frustrating.

I purchased 28 items. 8 items were non functional! I wasted over $300. It’s highly unlikely that I’ll continue to participate. I contacted individual site via email and never received a response.

Horrible customer service! Got an incomplete item that was stated to be in two boxes, only received one.

I bought a pottery wheel off your auction site where the listing reads “Shimpo VL Whisper Pottery Wheel” which is a nice pottery wheel. After purchasing the item and getting it home, neither the box or anywhere on the product does it say Shimpo VL whisper and instead it was a cheap Chinese broken pottery wheel. Auction Nation went online, found the most expensive pottery wheel and listed this piece of junk as an actual legitimate pottery wheel. I would understand if it didn’t work, but don’t blatantly lie on the items you are listing. You can’t sell cubic zirconium and list it for sale as diamonds. Completely unethical and probably illegal as well.

When we went to pick the vanity up they loaded the wrong one. We signed our paper work and were almost home which was approximately 20 miles from the auction pickup location when our cell phone rang and they stated they loaded the wrong vanity. They wanted us to turn around and bring it back . I stated it was their mistake and they should bring the right one and pick up the one we had. At that time the lady threatened to call the cops on us if we didn’t bring it back. Never apologized for their mistake. At that time, we turned around and were about 5 miles from the auction location when the same lady called back apologizing, saying it was not our fault and to just keep the vanity we have. I will never bid on anything at the location again. Very poor customer service.

Bid on 2 sheds 2 separate items in one auction. Ended up being 2 boxes of the same shed which was never specified ended paying more than new buyer beware

Ridiculous..lack of customer service or care! If I could give a 0 star I would. I won the bid on two items.. not large items but important to me. I was out of town planning on returning in time to pick them up. My wallet was stolen and therefore I couldn't get back home in time. I tried calling to notify them of my predicament, no answer, I tried emailing them, only to get a reply that my item had been forfeited. I even tried to go by, hole in the wall in downtown Phoenix and it was closed. I was willing to pay the $$ to have them ship the items to me since I couldn't get back. No go. Very unhelpful and I would be very apprehensive to ever bid on an item from them again.
