Picked up a box, which was supposed to be a 5-pc patio set; unfortunately, it is only one of two boxes so I do not have even half a patio set as the boxes must be together. I would suggest Auction Nation staff read the labels on the boxes and compare to their invoices before listing and selling items. I also picked up what was supposed to be a silver 5-candle stand; it is parts of two different gold candle stands but does not have enough pieces to make even one stand (albeit gold & silver). I picked up a pasta maker but it is obviously broke and should have been discarded, not resold; there were several pasta makers in the same auction. All these items came from the same auction. I have used Auction Nation for years and have not had such bad luck with items. Not sure I'll use them again.

I have shared this issue with Auction Nation's support email as well as the email address given on the confirmation emails and have heard nothing. I paid for 4 items. I came to get them before 5:00 pm on the assigned date. I was told there would be a possible 30 min. wait. At 6:00 it was announced they were closing, no more purchases and no one else would be let in. Several people had large pick ups and the employees were loudly complaining that they were supposed to be closed. FInally, after 6:00pm an employee came out and called my name. He had two small items, and said he didn't know where they'd put my stuff, he could only find my chair and my facial light. He said he could "get someone else to look" but I'd have to wait longer and he didn't think they'd be able to find it, or I could quickly get a refund. At that point I'd been standing waiting for ovr an hour, it was crowded, my husband had left and I'd had to call my son. I went to get a refund while my son picked up the chair and the box that the employee said had the facial light in it. When I got home I tried to pick up the box that was supposed to contiain the light and it was way too heavy to lift. I lifted the open lid and it is some kind of piece of heavy machinery. I'm sure this item is worth way more that the $10 facial light I paid for. I haven't yet had a chance to return it but needless to say this was a huge waste of time and completely not worth it. I am sure my items were there and he did not want to look for them since it was closing time. I will not be using Auction Nation again.

Good experiences. Only issue is the auction gets overloaded at the end and my bid cannot get submitted when I get outbidded.

The two ladies that run the front office are fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. This was a fun experience and I would do it again.

Purchased a dresser. When I got home and opened it up to assemble it was an armoire. When I contacted to let them know it was the correct piece I was told there is nothing that can be done.

I purchased a battery box. When I got there and check my purchase the box contained a waste hose for campers. How hard is it to look in the box prior to listing? I wasted a lot of time and fuel driving there.

I buy things that are helpful on my farm. In the past, I purchased some stainless steel tables that have worked well for processing deer. The racks organized my tack room and mud room, so it has been good source to fulfill my needs at an affordable price.

Last action was the worst ive ever experienced, no lighting on premises, they showed up late to open the restaurant so i had to send my worker home, i had to do all the work by myself and i almost fell 3 times because no lighting, then some lady was trying to take my chairs and she started to argue with me calling me names and the people in charge would take control of the situation. What a nightmare. I would like to give everything back. I wont recommend you guys to anyone

seller was extremely helpful at pickup. bidding was intuitive and it was easy to set max.

I received the wrong item boxed. I was not concerned because it was only $7, The guy that went to get the item asked me if I wanted to open the box and I said no. My bad, so now I have a slim bathroom lighting fixture instead of a child’s lady bug chair.
