Every time I’ve purchased items through Auction Nation, I’ve Never had a bad experience. They do a Great Job. And the people I’ve encountered have all been Great. Very helpful and take care of the bidders needs.

Awful experience after 5 plus years. Misrepresented the items with pictures of different items then banned my account because i refused items that were misrepresented, broken, incomplete or all of the above. Stay away from this North Phoenix Auction.

The paperwork and receiving of the vehicle was great. The driving of the vehicle was very bad. worn out ball joint could not drive the vehicle at 15 mph without a drivetrain vibration. after fixing that problem my drive continued. 311 miles later the engine failed leaving me stranded in Deming, NM. The purchase of this vehicle was as is.

Products were as described and didn’t have to wait to receive them when arriving onsite.

I'll give three stars because it depends on what auction house you're purchasing items from. The North Phoenix location is a disaster. My luck with that location is 1-3. They list items that are straight up used/damaged. A waste of not just my time but also my gas money as I don't live anywhere near that location and you can imagine my disappointment to drive to the location only to find the item(s) I purchased aren't even usable. The pictures don't even provide enough detail. On top of that the wait to obtain the item(s) is extremely long. We're talking 30-45 minute wait. The site it's self operates very well.

Items and listing seem to lack quality lately. They have an on premise guarantee which makes you feel confident in bidding on an item but have picked up a damaged and or broken item three times now in the past 2wks. They’ve also shorten the window for picking up items which makes it less convenient for when you can’t make it within the two days.

The first mess up was they could not find my item and then after half an hour they ended up refunding me. Then in that same order they gave me the wrong item so when I get home and opened it to set it up it wasn't my item and then I had to drive an hour back the next day for them to fix it.
