I have purchased some items from AuctionNation quite a few times and the stuff I purchase ends up not being at the location when I arrive at the times they state. I walk in and talk to the people i am supposed to talk to in order to retrieve my items and the items are not there. They just tell me to take someone else's items. Thats not right! Is that why my items are missing when I arrive, they just give them to someone else. On Several occasions while bidding on items, the item disappears of the auction 1 hour or less after there are several bids. These people can't be trusted. Be very Careful purchasing anything from these Auction People. The reason for the two stars instead of Negative Stars is the fact that the items I did receive from Auction Nation have been good so far. But Buyer Beware!!

Pick up lines are long. Normally wait 30min to get our stuff. I’ve also had an issue where I won a bid then you couldn’t find the item. Saw it on another action the same day.

I've been going to auctions for over 30 years, Auction Nation makes for a great experience. The site loads fast on desktop and mobile. Item photos are typically good quality and quantity to determine condition and value. Invoicing comes promptly after sales are closed and I've been able to pick up items the next day.

Items were in the exact condition I expected and I got them for a good price. Pick up couldn't have gone smoother - the place was on the second floor and I was by myself and, when I drove up, worried I wouldn't be able to manage getting my items down the stairs on my own! Luckily, there was an elevator, and Manny (managing pickup/checkout at the auction site) couldn't have been any kinder and more helpful! He loaded my one item onto a dolly and took it right to our work van. SUCH a kind and nice person. Thank you so much, Manny - it was a 5* experience, for sure!

I find that I can set my price and take it or leave it if I'm outbid. So far every thing from the brand new boxed Magic Chef washer to the nightstand and dresser were just as they appeared on the site. It's fun to browse through the auctions, but it can really draw you in. Waiting to see if you won the bid is exciting. I used to work a tack and saddle auction and it's always fun to see the excitement of the bidders.

Of all the tvs I purchased, all of them had broken screens, none of them was working. I got scammed
