I purchased an espresso machine (Lot A0505) this past Monday 1/31. It was advertised as a Cephalon Espresso maker valued at 679.00. This included the picture shown of a Cephalon Espresso maker that actually doe cost that much. Upon pickup, my daughter discovered it wasn’t the actual espresso machine valued at $679.00 retail, rather it was a lower one valued at $399.99. She addressed the situation to one of your representatives who in-turn said only a partial credit could be issued. I make no excuse for not picking it up that is my responsibility. My concern is more aimed at the incorrect advertising potentially driving the price up. Had I know it was a lesser product it most certainly would’ve not driven my bidding in the direction it went obviously. I understand this matter is a closed deal. What if any recourse is there going forward if something won at auction is not as advertised? Is there a provision where the invoice could be voided and the purchase cancelled.

The web site worked out great when I became familiar with it. I wish someone would have responded to my questions about the product I was bidding on but everything worked out in the end regardless. The treadmill was an easy install and it worked great!! Thanks, Jim

I’ve had great experiences with Auction Nation. The descriptions are pretty accurate in terms of condition of products, pick ups or “load outs” are uncomplicated, and staff at each location are helpful if I need help loading my purchases even though it is NOT their jobs. Sometimes the phone lines are not actually manned (Cave Creek) but it all worked out. We have made some amazing purchases like a $500 crib for $100 and a 68” media console for half the original price, both brand new products but had damaged outer boxes.
