I won an auction but was in a car accident and wasn't able to pick it up. I sent an email to the auction and I never received a response back. Needless to say I was charged but didn't receive the item.

I’ve ordered many times with no issues on either side except for a few dud items. This time my family got covid and as I dealt with 3 in my household being sick and needing to quarantine, I did not pick up my items within the 2 days. I called and emailed and got the run around saying they cld not guarantee the items wld still be there so I asked for confirmation since pick up was a good distance/drive for me and the person responding finally said the items were gone and there would be no exception or refunds even during this pandemic time. Disappointed and lost $100

Product was advertised as new yet box was open and parts missing. Took over half an hour to get my product after I showed up.
