Every location I have been to has been very easy to receive items, very friendly people and the best part is the great deals you can get.

Use only one "stock" photo and the rest should be of the actual item up for sell even if it is the same model/size/color/flavor, it needs to be a photo of the actual item. Another must in if the item has any defects they need to be revealed and showed in the photos, If not shown your not just making a bigger sell your just Pissing people off and will louse a lot more in the long run.

Hello, I have shopped at Auction nation for many years and have found product quality lately very poor as it relates to used items. I purchased a boat cover, it was used but upon inspection it had spotty mold all over and huge tears on it. Honestly who could miss that? Obviously it was something that was not going to be shown. I purchased a pool in the past I also had to throw out along with a bath faucet that couldn't be tested at sight. I have learned to stop buying particular things because the drive is just too far to take losses. I have gotten great deals over time but most good items are too far from me. I will be curtailing future purchases. Bought 3 Trump hats for 15.+ just to find them for 3.00$ in the store part? Thanks, Sherry Williams

Any question or concern is fairly and timely resolved.

Went to pick-up items at 3409 w. Bethany Home road and took them home and open the cabinets and 1 of the 2 were damaged. So i went back and the store they insinuating that i damaged my own items. Wasted 1/2 day running around only to be insulted by the manager at this location. In the end Auction nation did resolve the problem and i appreciate that but that location i wont go to anymore.

I won more then one lot, more like seven lots covering five auctions. As it turned out pick up ended up being at one location for all five atime uctions. That saved me a lot of time being it's a three hour plus drive. Yes it was worth the drive. Thanks it was a good day

This was my first experience with an online auction, I was impressed with how easy it was. Also, when I had a question I was actually able to talk to a person, who was Extremely Friendly and helpful.

I bought shelf by seen only online, pay the item to be picked up and deliver since I can’t do it myself. what a disappointment when I see it. The item is a LOT SMALLER than the picture, I wish measurement was given for some of the people who can not be on site instead of taking pictures by making the item bigger than it was….
