I have lost MANY item's due to the limited pickup schedule. Getting time to pickup items seems short (2-3 days after auction) when items are smaller than a toaster. A review of my account will show how many items I paid for, yet could not be able to pick up. I understand that you can not hold things "Indefinitely, but bidder should be able to call for alternative arrangements, ie, an extra day's leeway. Just my opinion.

They sold me junk and wouldn’t refund

I was sold a faulty item that clearly should not have been sold at auction. I was told in person that the item had a 24 hour guarantee but when I attempted to get a refund, was told the item was non-refundable. I have been using this auction for 10 years with no issues but will never consider buying from here again after how I was treated.

The item pictures and descriptions have become very deceitful. Auction Nation needs to be more honest with the listing, allow longer pick-up days (5-7), increase the return time (5-7) and set up some type of pick-up appointment to decrease the really long wait times. I've taken my business to another Auction due to the frustration of the issues listed.

I have spent abput 8 grand hear in past…

I have spent abput 8 grand hear in past few mounth s and well alot of things just beware they are broken ..the box can look good and once it opend its all broken ..its a 50 50 toss up whether its a good deal ...they have good places and some are bad ..im my opion ...for the most part if u live close by it would be good to check out what your buying before u buy or bid on it ..that my personal advice !!!

I've bought a few things off this…

I've bought a few things off this auction. I've been able to return thing that were damaged and not in working conditions hassle free. I would defenetly recommend this to anyone.

BUYERS BEWARE!! NO REFUNDS

I bought a clear glass ball that looked like those large orbs sold at Lowes that you can put in a planter, based on the picture. When the guy brought me what looked like a large marble, I laughed and told him I wanted a refund or exchange, since it was not at all what I was expecting. He said he had to look twice to make sure it was the right item as well. He called Jacob the manager, who tried to convince me that I was fully aware of the size, by a sticker and the size of the box in a picture I never saw. Jacob was rude, dismissive, arrogant, and clearly misguided about the item I purchased, vs. the one I received. He said there would be NO REFUNDS, since WE should know what we are buying by the pictures. There were no dimensions listed, and the box and sticker he showed me, were no indication of how small this tiny glass ball was. BUYER'S BEWARE! If the item is damaged, irreparable, clearly used or misrepresented, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! I told Jacob I would be writing a bad review due to his poor/non-existant customer service skills and he told me to do so. So I will oblige him. I will not be buying from the Bell Rd and I17 location, as it is not only a poorly managed and dirty location, but they are disorganized, disrespectful and Jacob was not helpful in any way shape or form.

Well again I am short 3 items

Well again I am short 3 items. On invoice 1568374, short 2025, 2026, 2027. It's not like there a small item, there's 9 of them 24" round. Why don't you get someone that knows how to check there work. I have family that picks up my items, because I live 3 hours away. It's taking too long to get the items and they want to get out of there, after they get off work. Now I'm going to send a message and hear some off reason, why I can't get a refund or my items. So I'll be short my items and out my money. I'm not sure this is worth it any more.
