i had a truck breakdown called to see if i could pick the stuff i won one day late and they told me no it was very disapointing

Customer service at point of pick up is great. However, several items I won turned out faulty and/or broken. Quality control is an issue that should be addressed.

I placed 3 orders in last 3 months. All are defective and your team refunded the amount. My concern is Why don’t we do inspection before listing? It’s wasting my valuable time

I won an item, showed up at the Tempe location and they weren’t open for me to pick up. The manager was extremely rude!!!

Everything I have purchased has had some kind of a problem. I got a volleyball that couldn't hold air, why would I want that? Om the description it said it was fine but then when u picked it up, the label said it doesn't hold air. Why not just be truthful? Then I can get my money back cause there's nothing wrong with the functionality of the ball?

The online process is easy and simple it's when you have to go pick up your items. The workers at the warehouse never seem happy they don't greet you or anything its a shame. Being friendly goes a long way.
