I've had nothing but good experiences with auction nation all the employees at the pick up site have been polite, professional and helpful. The auctions are awesome and fun.

WiFi antenna is obsolete and will not work with current operating systems. It's just useless junk and at $12 not worth my time to return. I'm getting more and more hesitate to bid because of the junk I've gotten. Last time it was a printer that didn't work and I spend $60 on ink cartridges to find it out not to mention the time to get it and return it. You sell a lot of junk and I'm bidding less.

First time buyer in the online auction world (excluding eBay). Picking up items was easy, the staff at the auction site were very helpful and courteous. I felt like I got some good deals. Thank You!

1. There were not good lot descriptions. just picture. after winning the action I found out that there were item in the pictures that were not part of the lot and not even in the auction. After arguing with the owner, not the auctioneer (owner should not even be there) I got one of the items. a second item was in a different lot so I did not get that. 2. The stuff was not clearly separated. I feel bad for the owner because he could have made twice as much money if the auctioneer had spent more time breaking up the lots a bit doing a little bit of research and taking better pictures.

I love using Auction Nation, but the descriptions of the items are too vague. A little more detail would be most helpful.

Not very happy about the fact that even if you pay for your items and don’t pick them up in time they will take them and resell them and give you no refund I understand if your late and didn’t pay but my items were paid for they should have held them and waited they basically stole from me

Biggest problem is you're overcharging for the sales tax You're charging a Glendale sales tax but the property resides in Phoenix. Also my bid was ran up to the maximum amount I had set which was only $1 above the previous bid.
