Apparently, the items that I won were missing. I have not received any correspondence from your company. The guy, that was picking the items, stated that he would have the amount of the lot refunded.

I received damaged goods when I went to pick up.. which was hidden under my other items…. Pretty shady

This was the first time that I used Auction Nation. I bought a hoverboard that was suppose to work and I had to inspect it at the time of pickup to determine if everything was fine. I inspected this hoverboard and unfortunately I mistook an orange charging light for a red light, which meant that the hoverboard that I bought had a bad battery and wouldn't charge. I'm disappointed in myself for the mistake, but also feel that the seller was not acting in good faith, selling me a hoverboard that was listed as working, but with a bad battery. I'm not sure if I'll use this auction site again.

First time pick up. The girl who helped me was very helpful in explaining the process and that my customer ID would always be the same. They brought my stuff to me very quickly and got me on my way. Picked up in Glendale and 67th.
