Won a camping cooler for $50 No problem picking it up... While in the store I purchased a case of paper towels for $5 which worked out till about 10 cents a roll. Happy camper, nice folks. Yes the drain plug was broken which happens often to the hard shell coolers. My wife found a airbed plug that fit perfectly.

So usually waiting for an item that I have won I will wait no more than 5-10 minutes. Last time I got one of my two items at about 5th minute. The second item supposed to be delivered in another couple of minutes. Well I waited for like 30 minutes and start asking what is going on. By that time there was more than 20 people get their items. I did ask 10 minutes later if they going to find it, and one Guy explained to me that I would not going to get what I should instead I was offered to get refund. Than I left so dissatisfied not from the fact that I didn't imy item but from the fact that I had to spend close to an hour for nothing. I decide to call auction nation office. The person was nice and he try to resolve the issue offering me some credit for the store next to auction. I was already 10-15 min away from the auction nation when I get call from people that said they find my item. I turn back and drive another 10 minutes to get there. So for something that it's supposed to be good deal I spend with the travel time from my house 30 min one way plus 1,5 hours I spend my entire morning I don't think it's a good deal. So in conclusion I am not buying anything at this time because of the frustration. Maybe I would buy something in the future but right now I'm starting off that place. If the purpose from the office wasn't nice I would give 1 Star.

I LOVE auction nation. I have been buying items for the past5 years and will continue. Having 7 kids we need to save money everywhere we can.

Sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you get screwed. You can almost always find the item on Amazon warehouse or OfferUp, for similar price, and probably better condition. The auction houses will hide things and after you pay and drive and wait there will be damage that is marked on the box, but doesn’t show in any of the pics. Or it will be missing a power cord or something small that you can’t tell is missing and be as is pickup. It can be fun and you can get some good finds

First of all, I dont know what my most recent purchase was. Most of the time my pick-ups are all good. But there are some that are better than others. Most of my off-site estate sales are much better, as with one of your best girls, I always get a copy of my purchases. She is great, unfortunately I am forgetful of her name at this time. But I am still in the game.

I couldnt make it in time to pick up an item at the washington location but i tried calling the phone number probided for the location nobody answer , when i went the third day the lady taking care of the customers first told my items were being collected , then she call me to the front and told me with an attitude you miss your deadline they were put back , i should her the all the calls i made to ask to put my things on hold and nobody answer , with 0 empaty she said she said i miss my deadline , terible customers service and terrible attitude.
