Waited a very long time , no air, others were service before me after I had checked in and was there before then. Didn’t have one item and still waiting on a refund!!

I give it 3 stars, due to the pictures that mask how bad an item is in person.

The auction was perfect and worked like it should. I got what I wanted and it was easy. My problem with the auction is the estate where we picked up our items had a very unhappy representative from Auction Nation. The guy in front of me commented on the way out that she was a piece of work. The people behind me were trying to get along with her and questioned what her problem was. I will try once more with Auction Nation but if this is the quality of their representatives I will find somewhere else to go.

There could be more time for viewing the vehicles. maybe during the evening or weekends.(for those from out of town) The pre-inspection the auction does was top rate, but we made the mistake of bidding on a manual transmission, and would prefer the description list this. Unless you're looking for it, it was hard to see in the photos.

My son and I bought 8 pallet loads from air park off 110ave and Glenn drive in glendale az. 1st time from them. Spent right at 3grand between the 2 of us.First off this is the only place that did not have a forklift. It was brought out with hand ones and we had to unpack each pallet piece by piece. The main issue we have is there were boxes with a piece of plastic THATS IT!! We even had a LARGE box that had one dirty pillow case in it and completely empty boxes. I understand when some items may not work or a piece may be missing but I feel this was fraudulent advertising. We definetly lost our money and we will never utilize them again!

Straight forward instructions, easy pickup. Items better than described.

Very respectable and knowledgeable staff. The brief description they provide to bidders are on point and the pictures leave room for no misunderstanding... I dig these guy's!!
