Your consigner was a no shoe at the site. Waste an hour to get there on time and no one showed. What a joke!

I bought 4 items but I only returned two because the two accordions didn’t work and picture weren’t same. The other two items were only for parts. In my opinión, merchandise must be to check before an auction.

rolling end times on item bids are very confusing, not a fan of this! payment processing and equipment removal was smooth no visibility on equipment quality yet, as items are still in transit at this time, we remain optimistic!

The auction ended with very low bids, I felt like I was giving away my property rather than selling it. Bidders that did win their bids ended up not picking up their merchandise so I had to haul it off to a charity anyway. Probably will not do this again.

An item was not as described, but refund was processed. The need to do a wire transfer next day added unneeded complication. Simple card charge should suffice. This policy will make me rethink bidding again.

Auction nation has always been user friendly. One complaint I have is the full detail into my inquiry purchase, for example I purchased a doorknob and the details did not state that it will not include the screws. So I now have to go out of my way to find screws at the hardware store
