Would not recommend!

I raised a dispute over 14 weeks ago as I have been paying just under £600 per month for gas/electric/ water. My first year ended in June 2024 and apparently they do not have a final bill. Funny that they can keep charging me this extortionate amount of money per month, but do not have bills to back it up. I live in a 2 bedroom bungalow!! I have contacted the energy ombudsmen in hopes that they can get this resolved for me as I am at my wits end with this company!!

Aweful experience so far

So I took out a contract with this company when I moved house in October. It all seemed very straightforward so I paid just over £170 to set up. After a week I decided that my bills would be cheaper by staying with my original utilities company so I cancelled the contract (well within my cooling off period). After numerous phone calls to the company I was informed that my refund was valid and I would receive payment. However, 3 months later I am still waiting. UPDATE…. I have now been contacted by The Bunch via email and they have apologised and are starting the refund process

Will is amazing

Will was absolutely amazing such a lovely guy talked me through everything in fine detail and wasn’t pushy at all. First time setting these things up and he was amazing really put my mind at ease so thank you will he is absolutely amazing at his job like seriously he really is. Please let him know he did an amazing job
