Really frustrating and stressed
They come to me through just move in and they were keep calling even before I shifted in the starting it was everything smooth and nice they said tow me they will take 4 to 6 weeks to adjust but they took approximately two months to send me my first bill they start talking money before my use in the house , and when I receive my first I was really shock it was too much I have never paid that much amount of bill for last two years I am living in the England for last two years and I have never paid that much amounts when I try to contact them they give no response and when I ask them to terminate they want me to pay charge which was ridiculous and too much and when I asked for smart meter they refused for that which is most unusual thing I can’t see what I am using they just keep sending bloody too much unnecessary bills , my friend got the same three bedroom house and they are paying half amount of bill then bunch is sending me every month even we are only two people and they are 4 people i am really frustrated and stressed because of bunch , this is my biggest mistake which I ever had after shifting in this house . I should read the negative reviews before get contract with them I am getting more stressed 😩 after reading these reviews how there service is bad 😡

UPDATE: IT IS ALREADY SEPTEMBER & STILL NO FINAL BILL.. AND WE STILL DONT KNOW IF WE WOULD BE ABLE TO GET OUR REFUND. FOR CONTEXT WE ENDED OUR CONTRACT LAST MAY 2024 DUE TO EXTREMELY AWFUL SERVICE. AVOID! AVOID! THEY ARE ONLY GOOD AT THE BEGINNING, DURING SALES TALK.... ........ We checked our monthly bills and to our surprise they are charging us twice every month from september to february. We are in shock as to why our consumption is so high and we are not at home for 1 month the whole January! We send them proof that we are not at home, ALL appliances are turned off even the main electrical switch is off. Please do double check your reading. We almost paid them money rather them giving our money back Good thing we check it. We ended our tenancy agreement with them last may because of the awful service and up until now they haven't given us our final bill. They are ONLY GOOD WHEN SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT BUT AFTER THAT NAHHHHHHH... BE VIGILANT! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR READING AND THE AMOUNT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU!!
