Worst Experience, do not recommend

I set up an account with Bunch to manage my water and energy bills. However, I received emails directly from the water and energy service providers about upcoming bill due dates. Despite reaching out to Bunch for clarification, I received no response. On the due dates, I ended up paying both bills myself. When I requested Bunch to cancel the contract, they modified it by removing water bill management. Since I don’t need their services to manage only my energy bill, I asked them to cancel the contract entirely. However, they demanded an additional fee for cancellation. Meanwhile, they have stopped responding to my emails and there direct debit service is keep on deducting money.

Had an issue with the Bunch earlier…

Had an issue with the Bunch earlier today and spoke to Jordan with customer support on the phone, he was very helpful and resolved the issue very quickly! Really appreciated his response as my flatmates and I were a bit stressed.

I have found The-Bunch to be a great company by helping us keep current with our utility bills in a prompt and efficient way and in so doing save customers time and effort.
