Predatory behavior

Update 1 -- March 4, 2005: Bunch's response below is not accurate. While I did sign up initially voluntarily, there has not been a single call from their team, although it does seem that the invoice was cancelled. We had a call with Harry Davies set for today which he never showed up for (and checking his LinkedIn Profile, it appears he may have left the company anyway). When calling their support hotline, nobody responds. Apart from one boilerplate email response (which asked me to set up the call that nobody from Bunch showed up for today), Bunch haven't replied to my MANY emails. It shouldn't take a negative review in a sea of clearly synthetic positive reviews for them to respond. Bizarre! My assumption is that Bunch as a company are in severe financial distress or in arbitration. ---- So far, The Bunch have exhibited borderline predatory behavior, especially with people like us who are not from the UK originally. First, they tried to pressure us into signing up for a contract via an unsolicited phone call. Then, they wouldn't respond to multiple emails asking them to cancel a contract (none of whose services we ever used). Finally, they replied and forced me to arrange another call with a person on their team. And then -- we haven't even moved into the property -- they sent us an invoice. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Overcharged and Poor Communication

I have been overcharged by £200 per month since October 2024. I have provided gas/electricity readings as requested (every month since) and yet I am still waiting for my invoice to accurately reflect my usage. The team will not respond to our emails and will refuse to talk to me on the phone, despite me having requested several times to be added as an account holder (the other tenant is unable to liaise with them). I am so disappointed in the service I have received.

Scam company, please do not use!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This company takes advantage of students saying that you will get a cheaper rate and a simple billing plan, they are complete lies. So many issues but the biggest one was them trying to take nearly £1000 out of my bank account months after we already finished our contract with them. When I got a hold of them they said it was a "system error" but they still were trying to take the money out for weeks after. Please, please do not use this billing company! We've lost so much money and time from using them for our first apartment.
