It has been 2 weeks trying to change my address and the transaction responsible for this has called me back. Several calls, emails and chats. Yet, the onboarding was several calls and follow-up. Their support services are terrible.

They just increasw your bills without explanation, and auto renew your contract even after informing them not to, and your queries keep getting postponed with no definitive answer or solution, more like they are dribbling you. Very pathetic and disgusting. It is a trap
Horrible customer service response time
Was moving to a new flat and was recommended to bunch my bills together via Bunch. Customer service was very helpful over the phone when you are in the stage of signing up, but that quickly vanishes the moment they've taken money from you. Within 24 hours, I've decided that I no longer want to sign up with Bunch (for unrelated reasons) and immediately contacted them again for a cancellation (the cool-off period is 14 days, so I was well within my rights). Long story short, it took me TWO WHOLE WEEKS of multiple 30-minute wait times on the phone just for someone in customer service to get back to me about cancelling my package. At that point, they've already taken my money. And then, it took me another WHOLE WEEK to chase them up for the refund. All in all, it felt like the moment they've secured your money, they'll actively avoid you. Some of us work full-time jobs and have better things to do than sit and listen to the hold tone for 30 minutes.

We had an excellent experience until 6 months after the tenancy ended and we were slapped with a £156 bill !!!
As a student the bunch was highly recommended to us by others currently with the company. It’s important to note we also had a great experience with the company paying a set fee per person through direct debit. 6 tenants sharing broadband and water bills at a set price and splitting it evenly. It was great! Or so we thought… 6 months later we were sent a £156 bill and welsh water threatening to take us to court over unpaid water bills. The £156 bunch bill stated we owed for over use of broad band and water. Firstly we were not contacted during the contract to notify we were going over our water allowance each month. This wasn’t stated at the end of the contract either. Secondly you can not over use broad band it is a set fee. The bunches response to this was “the charge is your broadband instillation fee’. The box I personally set up when it arrived through the post so they didn’t set it up at all! Awful company response with the attitude of sorry you’re dissatisfied but tough luck can’t do anything about it.
