Harry is a result driven individual who did everything in his power to help with my query. After months of struggling to prove we were overpaying, and little to no feedback from any of the other customer service colleagues we spoke to, he made sure we were listed to and understood what we really needed. His customer service was outstanding! He was very kind & polite even in times when we had lost our patience. Huge Thank you for the kind support and well done! We hope Harry gets all the chances to be promoted as he is really good at what he does!

Its a scam. I tried to cancel my package during cooling off period but they decide to drag it and arrange the meeting for after the cooling off period. They make the cancellation process so difficult. I even sacrifice my work break just to not received any call and was asked to arranged new meeting new meeting. After the second meeting, one of the employee told me that he was going to cancel my package but today I just got charged almost 100 pounds even though I have been using other bills provider. Don't use this supplier. Now I emailed them about this issue and its going to take another 5 days just to reply my email. Its ridiculous

Speak to lovely lady called Amelia (so sorry if I got it wrong) had issues with payment, a bit annoying that you have to speak to people using the chat as they dont offer phone calls anymore but she was great help! couldn't send a photo so she offered me to send it another way which was really kind as most chats they would of given up helping by that point, she seems really chilled and knew what I was talking about, willing to help out and check my husband account as well to make sure we wasn't in any debt. Although it was through a chat she was super nice and I knew I was speaking to a human, quick replies which was really great. Shes great part of the team and need more woman like her! I hope the bunch look after her well and make sure she's appreciated in her role!
