Originally spoke to Lyndon (from open rent), who was lovely and could answer all the questions we asked. Having looked into it a bit more it was clear we had better and cheaper options we could go for. When we got a follow up call we spoke to Kit who didn't sound like he had a clue what was going on whilst also being distracted by things in the background of the call... Overall would have been happy to continue with them if they offered a more competitive monthly cost and if we continued to talk to Lyndon our decision might have changed.
