Great welcome experience
We’ve just set up with Bunch for our new flat and the whole experience has been so smooth, easy and stress-free: not something I usually associate with household bills! I had a very enjoyable welcome call with Harry (Davies) this morning who was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and know what to expect going forwards, foreseeing any questions we might have. I feel at ease and reassured knowing our bills are in this company’s hands and whole heartedly recommend them to anyone considering using them. Thank you Harry and Bunch for a great experience so far!

Extremely disappointed and upset with the service provided by The Bunch. We have been told that we have overused our energy, and that our bill will now be £200 more EACH a month. The Bunch made no effort to tell us when we were close to 'overusing' (despite saying they will do this in their terms & conditions), instead informing us when it was too late. We raised a dispute, rang up multiple times over the past 2 months to check on the status and have now been told that the dispute is closed and we should be paying this amount. In fact, we only found this out by ringing them! The lack of communication on their end is shocking. There is no way that we should be paying this amount, as we are rarely in the house and are very careful about our heating usage. I looked at our meter readings myself (as The Bunch won't do it for you!) and calculated that our usage is below the UK average. In what world does that justify £600 extra each month? We will now be contacting external support as the customer service team have not been helpful at all, with no solid explanations or evidence of our 'overusage' and confusion all around. This is adding high levels of stress to our already busy lives and we have more important things to be focusing on. Would not recommend The Bunch to anyone.
