Awful company, avoid at all costs. Try to take money from me even though my daughter had left the student accommodation. When she complained they were incredibly rude to her. So I had to intervene, made a complaint and totally ignored and no follow up. Do not trust them! Thank you for your reply, it was actually my daughter and I did send a complaint in directly to you, with all my daughters details. But you chose to ignore my complaint. No big surprise
