Honestly don’t use these guys, I started with a price of around £120, suddenly went up after they said they had the meters checked and went to £177 which I was fine with, then a week later it went to £220, when I called they said it’s cause of the average usage in the area? Baring in mind I live alone in a flat, I’ve sent in meter readings and was told they’d respond within 2 weeks, it’s now been 4 weeks, trust me don’t make my mistake and use Bunch just go direct to comparison websites and get the best deal there! Terrible service

Criminal over chargers

UPDATE: they have commented on this review that they have addressed my issue which they have not. Its true a statement was sent stating they owed me money and it would be paid back but nearly 20 days later I remain waiting on the refund and no response on their behalf - again, absolute criminals. I used them for a year long contract and have been over charged hundreds of dollar for over usage that was not correct and for a supposed missing broadband equipment. I have email confirmation of them agreeing they made a mistake and that a refund was to be processed, but the refund never was completed. Now, 5 months since I have moved to a new location I continue requesting my money with them claiming it has already been returned. Criminal does not even begin to describe them, not to mention they take at least 3 weeks to reply to any email.

Steer clear!

Steer clear!! Took advantage of a house of students, raising monthly bills and when we finally got a hold of them they said we were paying too much so they’ll decrease it to the original amount and we’d end up getting money back at the end of the tenancy. 5 months after the tenancy finished and our contract with them ended, £1000 gets taken out of my account because apparently we didn’t pay enough throughout the tenancy, we were a house of 4 students who were very rarely at home due to also working alongside studies. So I have no idea how we apparently used over £7000 worth of bills, especially as we didn’t have a gas meter and at the end we were still quoted thousands on gas with made up meter readings. I reached out for help from them, and no response! £1000 is a huge loss for everyone but especially a full-time student!
