Purchased the Decelle Putty Sectional…

***Please read their response lol, no resolution was had by me. ***Purchased the Decelle Putty Sectional and Ottoman along with the complete delivery and setup fees, and the Select 'Warranty' for $200 from Teppermans in late 2022 and within about 3 months, the seams sagged, the fabric wrinkled and the sectional looked/looks like its 20 years old. I had purchased the 'warranty' but of course that issue isn't covered. After numerous contacts with Teppermans and having someone visit my home to see what I was talking about, they determined it was 'fine'.... according to them. They deducted a couple hundred bucks and sent me a new pillow insert - but its not the pillow, its the fabric. The seams sag below where its supposed to by almost 2 inces! The sectional is terrible, looks cheap and I am so disappointed. Teppermans advertises 'satisfaction guaranteed'... but not in my opinion. Too bad because the sectional I had purchased years before from them was and still is in tip top condition (not Decelle) as my sister took it. I no longer can see the Decelle on their website. Not a good purchase, not a good experience. I feel sick having to pay that much for crap furniture.

Will never shop at Teppermans again

Will never shop at Teppermans again. Purchased a couch and within months the fabric started to ball. When I contacted customer service the girl displayed no customer service skills, was rude and in the end told me to purchase a clothes shaver to remove the fuzz balls forming on my new couch. Delivered two broken couches and damaged our floors

We bought a couch and loveseat in Oct 2021. When it was delivered, it arrived with damage on it, and they damaged our hardwood floors during the delivery. After over a year of waiting for parts. They arrived and were the wrong parts. Three months later they replaced our couch. The second couch arrived damaged. Another couple of months before it was repaired. They said repeatedly said they would pay us for the damage on the floor. Almost two years later we have yet to see any money arrive. Even after they said the sent a cheque. Stay away from these clowns. Nothing but lies and delays.

Guess biggest issue is product they sell, Samsung stainless fridge rusted after 1 year 5 months, stainless , basically shiny steel magnets stick like glue, bought extended warranty, doesn’t cover wait for it rRUST Stainless rusting BS magnet sticking on it poor nickel content Extended warranty only on mechanical May I say Teppermans gives zero support on this, no explanation on the warrranty as far as stainless goes Yup do your research before buying from them or buying any Samsung product Our Samsung fridge failed within first 3 days , had to be repaired Ice makers are garbage and fail pretty regular

Asked for this appliance to be replaced…

Asked for this appliance to be replaced by GE or Teppermans. Got hold of GE and they refused and wanted to fix it, Teppermans did not either unless approved by GE. Unacceptable for a range less than 4 months old. Purchased this GE hydro range and it was less than 4 months old and began tripping the 30 amp breaker in our hydro box. Emailed Teppermans and they advised me to get a technician supplied by GE to diagnose the problem. had to wait a week for the tech guy to come and it took him over an hour to diag what was wrong. He finally came to the conclusion that both the cooking and broiling function were coming on at the same time because of a faulty circuit board causing the breaker to trip. So it was another week to order the part and another tech visit to install it, and who knows if this will fix it for good. Meanwhile we had been without an oven for about 4 weeks. So waiting for the tech guy to show up this week and fix the stove. Unacceptable for a range that is less than 4 months old. Will never shop at Teppermans again nor purchase a GE appliance, which included moffat which is their cheaper brand. Worst experience ever.

From beggining to end of delivery service was wonderful. Sales rep Leo and the delivery crew were most curtious, professional and proficient. I must say so far my first purchase from Tepperman's has been very positive.

I paid for item...They kept my money..

I am disgusted. Brought a bed. Built it. Parts missing. Have contacted the company over 7 times over the last 4 months, and just get told "We will contact you with an update"..Well...They don't. I end up having to contact them Again and Again, and get told the same thing. Do not shop here people. They will take your money, and give you an item that is 80% complete. *23RD FEB 2023 EDIT* - Great. My booking number I believe was 984495410/Name:GOODACRE - The Item number is B4056-54F. This goes back to early November 2022. I look forward to hearing what refund you will be providing us with.

We bought a recline couch in late…

We bought a recline couch in late December 2021, by October 2022 there was something seriously wrong, service came within a week and quickly diagnosed a broken part. They ordered the part and said could be 6 weeks. Fair enough. Now it is February 2023 and I am still stuck with a broken couch. Customer service had nothing to offer but to wait for the part from China, now they say it is a minimum of 12 weeks, so no expected date. They offer no other recourse. I asked for a store credit or exchange so that I could have working furniture but they said no, my warranty is only good for a repair. Disappointing since I feel my business was not appreciated and future business was not encouraged in any way. They say it is family run but that doesn’t seem to affect their business practices. Options for broken furniture in a timely and kind fashion would be appreciated. Buyer beware for Teppermans customers.

Failed Delivery and Damage to my Property

We paid in full for a bedroom set and mattress. The driver refused delivery because it had snowed 1cm and he claimed my driveway was a sheet of ice. My husband got out a shovel to show him it was all snow. Teppermans website states only your walkway needs to be clear which was. Although my driveway was apparently unsafe he had no problem driving on our lawn and our neighbors lawn leaving ruts we will have to pay to repair. There was just as much snow on the lawn as my driveway. Despite the damage to my property I am currently back at the bottom of the delivery list and no one can tell me if I'll get any reimbursement for the damage to my property, why it was safe to drive on my lawn but not my driveway, why it's acceptable to refuse a delivery due to a small amount of snow in Canada. Customer service is clearly not a priority unless you are in the store about to purchase something. They also refused to cover the cost of a Uhaul for us to pick up our furniture ourselves, nothing to make up for all the time my husband took off work and that we spent getting our home ready for the delivery. I've been told they can refuse delivery over a dusting of snow which means this process will likely repeat itself multiple times and no one at Teppermans actually cares because you have my money and that's clearly all you do care about.
