I signed up with Halo connect as they…Not an honourable company

I signed up with Halo connect as they were then in Oct 2020 and sent an invoice to them for £1200 for a refund to buy us out of our previous contract in November 2020.This was covered in our contract with them. Despite numerous phone calls and sending of the invoice over 15 times to their finance dept this invoice still has not been paid. I have reported them to the Ombudsman. Our call back feature still isnt working from October 2020 and the same result , call after call and e mail after email. they raise a ticket to look into the matter and when you chase it up on that ticket number you find the ticket has been closed unresolved and you have to raise another to try and solve the initial issue!! To say they are involved in the communication industry theirs back to their customers is very poor

Excellent customer service! Our system went down yesterday like all systems can do sometimes and Halo have kept us up to date through the hole process. Updates on social media are comforting as we knew what was going on through the whole day. The system is now back up and running and we have even received a call from the team to see how we are and how the system is. Couldn’t ask for a better connectivity system or team! Thank you again

Phones have been down ALL afternoon

Another 1 Star review for another shocking experience, my phone has been down all afternoon, this never happened with BT, not once. I tried to look for updates on Twitter but could only find them on facebook? Where there are 2 posts stating they are in touch with their Network Provider (I thought when I signed up they were providing the service but it turns out they are just resellers for someone else's VOIP service with Chinese handsets). Looking forward to contract end date so I can switch providers, no timelines have been offered on when this might be back up and running, I am so angry, this is completely unacceptable. Messaged them on Facebook 3.31pm No response, tried to call them on their own phone number and it doesn't ring!

The worst service I could ever ask for

The worst service I could ever ask for. DO NOT ENTER INTO AGREEMENT with this company. They are sweet and dandy until you sign then everything changes. I wish I had read the reviews before hand. Numerous times I asked is that all I will be paying and was told YES these conversations are all recorded. They LIED. Now they say I cannot get out of the contract as I am a limited company. I logged the first complaint and told them to remove it all with in 9 days of signing and all they have done is NOTHING. I am disgusted and will certainly make sure where ever I can I will let people know to not get conned out of your hard earned money
