Generally we get a really good service, but occasionally have a drop out on the phone lines. Good customer service.

Amazing service

We’ve just renewed our contracts with Halo after being referred to them in 2016 by our IT Support. Our requirements are quite complex as the business is growing into our second premises. Our Account Manager Lee is fantastic, he really took the time to understand our needs and the service they supply is second to none. Lee is always available even out of hours sometimes if we need him. On top of that Lee gave us a great deal on the contract renewal! Wouldn’t ever look anywhere else again!

I’ve been with Halo Connect for just under a year. I was previously with Virgin and kept having problems, every time I tried to speak to someone I was on the phone for hours before getting through to anyone. I have an account manager at Halo Connect who deals with everything for me and is always on the other end of the phone when needed. My broadband speed has never been faster and the transition moving over from Virgin was so smooth.
