After months trying to get a BT cloud phone system (or as we affectionately called it Clown Phone) to work properly we swapped to Halo where we have been impressed with every team member we deal with, quality of service and non-nonsense pricing. We would definitely recommend!

I received a call from this company around a year ago and I’m so happy that I did. They really know what there doing and do what they say there going to do. My life is so much stress free knowing any problem I have they can sort instantly. Nothing appears to much to ask for. I recommend anyone needing any kind of phone service to ask them guys what they can do. You won’t be dissatisfied

After a few years of putting up with the so called "customer service" offered by talktalk, I decided it was high time to switch our telephone provider. Halo Connect were offering a fully bespoke system to me, something I've never seen any other company offer, so I signed up in a heartbeat! Anytime I want to change a setting or the way my system works they are only a phone call away and you always get through to someone UK based who can help you out! Overall, when you consider the helpful account managers, accomodating sales staff and stellar customer service/it support, I can't think of a reason why anyone wouldn't choose Halo Connect for their telephone/broadband needs
