Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. They lied to us to encourage us to switch to their service. Over a year later we are still fighting them to get our costs covered for terminating services with BT. if you are considering switching to them, don’t do it!! We will get our money back as OFCOM have been helping. But what a waste of time. Don’t make the same mistake we did. I think any positive reviews here must be done by them. Below this they have replied saying that the matter is now resolved - that is also a lie. It is not resolved at all, we've had to go via Ombudsman Services to continue to chase payment - Halo have still yet to pay.

We needed assistance with our office desk phones and ensuring these were set up correctly for our team. Emi was incredibly helpful and went through this all with me on the phone, finding alternative solutions to the problem when the initial solution wouldn't work for us.

I have had no Internet for 4 days now…

I have had no Internet for 4 days now being told an engineer will not be coming until the 24th of March which will make it a week with no internet. The company blaming open reach which I can understand things can get very busy but a week of no internet in an age when most people use a phone or watch to make payment and cash not being used much is totally unacceptable, our security our pos all needed internet too, never heard or experienced anything like this, terrible and business destroying

Today i have received training from Jack and he was great he explained everything really well and was a great help. We have been a customer for many years and today Jack introduced me to a whole new way of seeing my telephone data on the portal which will become a really help to our business.

Terrible underhanded sales techniques

Terrible underhanded sales techniques. Lady name beginning K calls and says she wants to speak with business owner regarding construction work on road and the tries unsolicited hard sell once you return the call. Appreciate sales is sales but what a way to waste peoples time. The assistant said they she was calling regarding construction work onside the premises- no current wotk out the premises at present in regards to this. They just want to sell you broadband Also misleading by saying they are working with Liverpool city council. No mention of Halo Tech group within link provided. They may well be a reseller but why suggest you are working in partnership with council? I stand by my origional review that they use underhanded sales techniques. The company director did call me yesterday and mentioned firstly that there was no fibre broadband in Liverpool then revised back to there's no direct broadband other than to the cabinet.

We were so impressed with Halo we signed up to them again. They came and installed our new phones and we barely noticed they were here. A small error in delivery of the phones was soon dealt with by Ali - he did a great job, friendly, polite and respectful - a lovely lad. Well done all.

Brilliant Service

Very happy with Halo. Recently renewed services with them after expiry of my original contract and an upgrade to faster broadband. Never any issues, the engineers are helpful and friendly and never any surprises with billing. Thoroughly recommend
