Good communication in advance. The agent rang in advance as well to confirm the visit. Review was quick and efficient.

Waited 4.5 hrs. Never showed and said they couldn’t get asses which they sent. I rang the office they were brilliant and the next guy that came out was bang on time and very good. Shame the first assessor let the company down
