The lady did the review quickly and was very pleasant

The assessor was friendly, polite and very professional. He insisted on covering his shoes though we said it didn't matter as they were clean. He was thorough and diligent and he explained what he was doing throughout the process. We have every confidence in his report. Please pass on our thanks. PS So sorry we can't remember his name we've had so many visits since we put our house on the market.

Turned up an hour late,no phone call to say so. Waste of time booking a 9-1 appointment
