Unreliable

Had this company booked in to undertake an EPC assessment of my property. Waited in for 4 hours (they can’t provide an exact appointment time which is ridiculous) and they didn’t show up. Still haven’t been contacted. Terrible service.

Professional and polite

The gentleman visiting to do our EPC was friendly, polite, arrived on the dot and informed me of the next steps receiving the EPC Certificate. I was impressed and would highly recommend.

Excellent service.

It was very easy to arrange an appointment online. The Assessor kept me updated on the arrival time as this was an empty property. He was a lovely man and so easy to get on with. I would highly recommend Vibrant Energy.

Turned up over an hour late

Turned up over an hour late, time slot was 9-1, no communication. I had to call find out if they were still coming to get a call back it would be over an hour late
