The young man who carried out the inspection was informative, efficient and pleasant. The only reason I didn't score a 5 is because the company makes it difficult to contact them. I received an email and a text message informing me about my appointment. However, both were no reply. When they changed the appointment there was no effort to find out if it was ok. I finally found an email on their website which I used to contact them. But I never heard back. It's simply not good enough.
