The young man who carried out the inspection was informative, efficient and pleasant. The only reason I didn't score a 5 is because the company makes it difficult to contact them. I received an email and a text message informing me about my appointment. However, both were no reply. When they changed the appointment there was no effort to find out if it was ok. I finally found an email on their website which I used to contact them. But I never heard back. It's simply not good enough.

Was given an EPC rating D and to improve to a B rating was and estimated outlay of £35k. Sound economic sense!!!!!!

Was happy with the advice given and also your staff phoned to ask if he could come earlier than planned and that suits me well

The agent Paul was courteous and helpful explains what he was going to do. When finished he explained how to get report. He was respectful of my house.

The gentleman who arrived to do the EPC was lovely. Very polite and communicated well about the results etc.
