Booking timeslot online was okay. Engineer contacted me an hour before arriving, offered an earlier timeslot as he got ahead of schedule. Engineer was polite, friendly and professional. Recommend their services.

No certificate received.

I was clearly informed with message before visit about arrival time. Friendly, relaxed visit.

Seems more concerned with feedback, not yet seen the report which is the reason for using them. I did try contacting by phone but gave up after being on hold for quite a while. A quick visit didn't look at all things described in their information.

No real explanation was given or received when questioned of why this was being done. Couple that came didn't respect our home, wore their shoes throughout our home. Generally quite disrespectful with no real reasoning given for why this was required. Not even sure what service it is they were supposed to be performing? This would be very daunting to have a couple of strangers in your home as an elderly person it was to us & I wouldn't recommend this companies rushed approach.
