Very efficient

Made few appointments and was let down 🫤 stayed in all morning and no one arrived. When the man did arrive, my husband asked what is this energy thing all about , he said government money making thing it's a waste of time. Also my husband had to ask him to take his shoes off,which he should of done without being asked. My husband said he wasn't a friendly person. We found the whole experience not great
