Prompt reply to initial enquiry& speedy arrangement for the survey for EPC to be carried out. Surveyor was very polite and helpful, with a satisfactory score being provided.

Chap phoned me up and hour before the start of the time frame given and managed to do the EPC inspection right at the start of the time frame so that we could get on with clearing the property.

The gentleman who came wasn’t very communicative. We have 2 dogs which don’t take well to strangers and he didn’t inform us where he wanted to go and just went to open doors without asking or talking. He was lucky he didn’t get into strife and who would be blamed for that?
