Very disappointed customer

It was only a small order of a strip light bulb, but never the less it was still an order. It didn't arrive and on trying to see where it was, it's been farcical. Had one response from a chap called Damien Riney, ( chief executive officer supposably) to get back to me asap. Nothing. So far there's been no answer to my emails requesting a refund or anything else. Very poor.

SCAMMERS. BEWARE! Sparks Warehouse has over £500 of my money for goods that were returned to them (signed for) on 2nd December and are now not responding to me. I am in the process of getting my money back via the credit card company. From start to finish the experience has been farcical. Placed an order on 16th October for items from two separate ranges. Only part of the order turned up, no communication about the missing elements. Emailed Sparks Warehouse to ask where the items were and was told I'd receive them early November. They still didn't turn up. Called Sparks Warehouse to chase the delivery again, and was told the goods were delayed "in the Far East". On 19th November when the goods still weren't in the country, I requested to cancel my order and return the partial delivery I'd received (I wanted to check the colour match across the two different ranges so I couldn't fit the items I'd received without having seen the missing ones). I received an email telling me the address to send the items to. I sent the items at my own considerable cost (I think it was around £25) and they were signed for by Sparks Warehouse on 2nd December. I heard nothing about the return so I emailed to chase on 12th December and was told that returns take 21-28 days! An absolute cheek after all the incompetence so far. And that I'd receive a confirmation when they got round to it. Surprise surprise, the confirmation never came. At some point during this time, they refunded a small part of the amount owed (around 1/6th of the outstanding sum). Very strange. On 4th February I emailed yet again to ask what was going on and received a brief email back from Gareth Evans to say he would follow up with accounts and that's the last I've heard from them. I emailed again on 11th February to chase the money one final time but haven't received a response. I'm now having to go through my card provider to claw back my money from these con artists. I don't believe it's a genuine mistake. If it was, they wouldn't be ignoring me.

Very poor service

Placed the order on a Saturday 4th Jan and the site said it would arrive by Wednesday 8th. The order tracking on their site was never updated, so when Wednesday came round I wrote to ask how long it would take. No reply. Eventually they sent a message on the 14th to say that it had been posted and would be delivered in a maximum of 3 days. I waited until the 20th before writing again. No reply. Finally Royal Mail made the delivery on the 22nd and the tracking information associated with the delivery says it was posted on the 20th. I wish I'd read the other reviews on trustpilot first.

Could not get my bulb anywhere else.

They were very good at keeping in touch with me by email about when my product was arriving and although it took some time I was ok with that.

Purchased a Solar Chargers Controller…

Purchased a Solar Chargers Controller at a fantastic price on a Monday evening & paid with PayPal. Tuesday morning I received a message from these scammers telling me that I have cancelled the order. I did not cancel this. So pleased I paid with PayPal as my refund is now being processed, but I still have the usual wait for my money. Total waste of time, these guys are obviously selling items they do not have in stock.

Only half of order received

Only half of order received. No communication, no response to emails, not answering phone calls, and no response from 'live chat'! Wish I'd seen these reviews prior to ordering. Will be pursuing refund.

Inaccurate stock levels on website, zero communication/updates unless you contact them. Not recommended.

After checking with many other suppliers, I decided to order from Sparks Warehouse as they actually showed the part I required was IN STOCK. Over 10 days of waiting and the item hasn't been delivered. When I contacted them they stated they were waiting for a delivery from their supplier. In short, the part was not in stock at all. I wouldn't recommend them, wasted my time and didn't even have the common courtesy to let me know the status of my order until I complained.
