Very pleased with the bulb for our porch light. E27 20w gives the perfect amount of ambient light without being too bright.

After seeing no sign of my order I followed it up and was told that it had gotten 'lost in the system' so I asked to cancel. This was no big problem but after noticing no refund had been issued I had to follow it up twice more before it was actually completed, wasting quite a bit of my time and leaving me to wonder what would have happened if I had not checked. I have to give some credit to the fact they were quick to respond to my emails and did eventually process the refund.

At first I was a bit skeptical about purchasing as of the negative reviews but my experience has been nothing but positive! Really happy with my purchases and arrived quickly! Great experience

I ordered three halogen E27 bulbs from Sparks Warehouse. Apparently halogen are being discontinued because of a changeover to LED but my bathroom light fitting only takes halogen. I could not find suitable bulbs online anywhere else. Bulbs arrived, great - do the job. A relief for me as I don't have to change my light fitting. I will order some more from Sparks Warehouse.

Ordering 2 light bulbs has been the most challenging event. I ordered online, no comms nothing. Eventually after 2 weeks I rang them and they then told they were on back order from Philips. Eventually, I received the bulbs smashed and broken. Rinse and repeat, still waiting for a replacement! I wonder how these guys are in business to be honest. Looking forward to receiving these light bulbs sometime before the next millennium. Zero customer service!

I ordered an extension cable (£89) on 17th March - showing as available for delivery within a few days - they took payment immediately. No sign of item after 2 weeks so contacted by email - quick response saying not expected in stock until 15th April. It would have been nice if they had sent an email advising if this instead of leaving me hanging. Decided to wait but still waiting by beginning of May - I emailed to cancel order. Got an email saying cancelled but no explanation or apology. Would definitely not recommend this company.

Product was as expected when it arrived - no problem there. It did say in stock on the website but then took over three weeks to arrive as it needed to be ordered in. It’s a real bug bear of mine when retailers advertise as ‘in stock’, take your money and then it’s not really in stock at all! A bit frustrating.

The item came quickly well packaged and did the job, for under £15. I was told the pond filter unit would need replacing at a cost of £1200. So thought it was worth a gamble it paid off saving £1185. Thanks Sparks Warehouse.
