I was not told the bulbs were not in stock. After waiting until the informed date for delivery had passed, I enquired what had happened to my order. Apparently the suppliers hadn't sent them and my request for a refund was ignored. Why give a delivery date when the items were not even in the building. Nothing wrong with the bulbs when they finally showed up.

The parts were easy to order at a good price. There was a delay in delivery but once the issue was flagged, the parts were delivered promptly.

Not delivered and no information
I have as yet to receive my goods. I have received no delivery notification, no date of despatch, and no details of carrier. My order was placed on 19th October and payment taken immediately from my credit card. Very poor service. I was about to ring them when this review arrived. Think twice before you use this company.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Order took ages to arrive, they didn't answer the phone or haven't yet replied to my email. Despatch was supposed to be 2-3 days. Order took a week! Wouldn't trust them again

Ordered pack of two lights so delighted ordered another two. Love the products and are great value for money. Very pleased with product. As described, well packaged and delivered when stated.
Overall Poor Customer Experience!
• Ordered parts on 18th Aug. 2024, wrong parts arrived. • Phoned company and was told actual parts shown on website weren't available. • Requested refund and was sent FREEPOST address for return of parts which were sent back on 28th Aug. 2024. • Several phone calls later, refund eventually made on 8th Oct. 2024! Pros • FREEPOST address was provided for return • Refund was eventually received Cons • Parts should not be listed that are unavailable • Customer should be informed before sending alternatives • Frustrating waste of time repeatedly phoning to chase for refund • Once goods returned refund should be processed in a reasonable time Sadly, overall poor customer experience.
