The item was received within the delivery time. Information from the company was accurate. I am using the bulbs as a backup so have not at this time tried them out.

The website is very straight forward and found my item easily and the delivery was on time with good tracking and communication also the price was very competitive and will be using them for my lighting needs in the future 5🌟

After ordering informed item not…

After ordering informed item not available and offered two alternatives. These were not suitable so asked that the order be cancelled and my payment card refunded. This was confirmed by email as being done. I then sourced the item elsewhere and ordered it. I then received an email stating the original order was being shipped! So I have ended up with purchases from two places. In view of the low value I will not pursue this.

I needed an unusual bulb in our ceiling fan and found the bulb and Sparks Warehouse online. It was easy to order, Communication was good and the product arrived safely wrapped. We now have light again ! Thank you.

Slow delivery

Thought the order was a touch slow to arrive. When it came it was well packaged. In hindsight I would have purchased from a local trade warehouse.

Products fab but delivery took forever…

Products fab but delivery took forever with no updates so I had tradesmen waiting.

Don’t waste your time

Re ordered further sockets to a particular range. No update, chased order, told none in stock but would send out by end of month. End of month been and gone, Tried calling many many times as still not received, no answer to phone, no update, no customer service. Now cancelled order, waiting on a refund. Sourced brand with local trade firm 2 miles away and cheaper. Lesson learnt. Won’t be using anymore, my advice is to stay clear.
