We've still not received our order after 12 days, and we've only just got tracking information after chasing up the item twice. Email was not answered, live chat - nobody was there.

AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL COST! I wish i had read the reviews before hand, where shall i start? ordered over £550 worth of products on my company credit card in October 2024, goods were never received, contacted them on numerous occasions and was fobbed off, currently going through a dispute with Barclays, what's ironic is as soon as i mentioned i'll be leaving a review on trust pilot today, fake reviews start popping up, please please be aware of this company, check the times and dates of the reviews.

Ordered light bulbs for a 5 day…

Ordered light bulbs for a 5 day delivery. 6 weeks later I had not received the product. I asked for a refund, the person on the phone was very nice and said it would be made instantly. I didn't receive a refund. I contacted my credit card company and they refunded me instantly instead.

No correspondence with out of stock…

No correspondence with out of stock item. After eight week i enquired only to be told item no longer available. Agreed for a replacement as long as it was “tall and slim” What turned up was a big fat round one. Not answered two follow up emails

The delivery was delayed by months and…

The delivery was delayed by months and without any notice. Delivery was chased up and promised "soon" on multiple occasions. Not good for supposedly in stock items.

Possibly the worst experience ever.

Possibly the worst experience ever. Placed an order, chased it up as no contact for 2 weeks, turns out they never had the items in stock, Gareth Evans reply entirely condescending and dismissive. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Had a bulb delivered which failed after just a few weeks. Contacted Sparks who quickly despatched a replacement without qubbling.

One unit was defective but was replaced…

One unit was defective but was replaced immediately upon me making the seller aware and its replacement arrived very quickly. Overall a very sterling service.
